Responsible for market development, and operational sales work with assigned Key Accounts.   Leads sales and product management efforts to assigned Automotive Key Accounts. Leads the selling process for all battery products.  Acts as primary point of contact for assigned Key Accounts. Leverages relationship between customer, market and Cygni management. Analyses feasibility of technical specs in RFQ’s.

What you’ll Get to Do:
Role & Responsibilities
    • Lead electrical construction, installation, testing, commissioning, synchronization and energization of utility-scale BESS projects.
    • Manage AC/HV systems including substations, transformers, MV/LV switchgear, protection & control systems, HT cables, earthing, metering and grid interconnection.
    • Independently manage site execution, including manpower, contractors, materials, quality, safety and project schedules.
    • Review and understand SLDs, electrical layouts, cable schedules, construction drawings and technical specifications and ensure execution as per approved documents.
    • Coordinate with DISCOMs/utilities, EPC contractors, BESS/PCS OEMs, testing agencies, consultants and customers for inspections, approvals, testing, synchronization and energization.
    • Identify and resolve technical/site issues and coordinate with engineering teams for necessary design changes.
    • Ensure compliance with HSE, electrical safety, quality standards, statutory requirements and project specifications.
    • Maintain site progress, testing/commissioning records, punch-point closure and handover documentation.
    • Lead and manage site teams and contractors to achieve project milestones.
              Required Experience & Skills
    • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M Tech – Electrical Engineering
    • Should have 10–12 years of experience
    • Strong electrical construction background in Utility Solar, BESS, substations or HV power systems, preferably 33 kV and above.
    • Hands-on experience in MW-scale utility projects; BESS experience preferred.
    • Strong understanding of HV/MV systems, protection, transformers, switchgear, HT cables, earthing, electrical design and grid synchronization.
    • Proven site leadership, contractor management, coordination and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to independently take ownership of electrical execution from construction through energization and handover.
