Position: Intern – MBA (HR)
Function: Human Resources
Location: Maheshwaram, Hyderabad
Duration: 6 - 12 Months
Role Objective:
To support the HR team in driving Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives and enhancing employee engagement through structured programs, data insights, and innovative interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Learning & Development (L&D):
- Assist in identifying training needs across departments through stakeholder interactions and data analysis
- Support in designing and coordinating training programs (technical, behavioral, leadership)
- Track training calendars, attendance, and effectiveness metrics
- Maintain L&D records, training dashboards, and MIS reports
- Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors for program execution
- Assist in development of learning content, presentations, and training materials
2. Employee Engagement:
- Support planning and execution of engagement initiatives (AHM, events, campaigns, surveys)
- Drive participation in employee activities and track engagement levels
- Assist in conducting employee feedback surveys and analyzing insights
- Support implementation of recognition programs and HR initiatives
- Contribute ideas to enhance workplace culture and employee experience
3. HR Projects & Analytics:
- Work on assigned HR projects
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for management review
- Support in documentation of HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements
Key Learning Outcomes:
- Exposure to end-to-end L&D cycle and engagement frameworks
- Hands-on experience in HR analytics, MIS, and stakeholder management
- Understanding of corporate HR practices in a manufacturing/technology setup
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) – Final Sem.( 2nd year) or Completed in 2025/2026
- Strong interest in Learning & Development and Employee Engagement
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data handling
- Proactive, creative, and willing to learn
